I do not know anything specific about this book but I do know a lot about adjacent things that make me want to read the book. My best friend read and enjoyed the entire series. I have liked everything I have read by Karin Slaughter. And lastly they made this into a television series. I cannot imagine this book being terrible but could also be famous last words.

As a sandwich lover and consumer, I will die on the hill that the club sandwich is an underrated sandwich. It hits specifically hard after a walk while sitting on a patio with the perfect weather. The extra piece of bread is incredibly unnecessary but I’m not here to question the art of a club sandwich.

Let’s discuss spotify daylists because mine are becoming problematic. They are just adding the word “situationship” with other random words and calling it a day. Seems personal at this point because what does “Situationship Preppy Monday Evening” or “Situationship Poppy Night” mean exactly? Jokes on spotify because I am straight up single with no situationship in sight. I have to admit the playlists still go hard as they are filled with Chappell Roan, Gracie Abrams, and Charli XCX.

My favorite podcast girlies are being talked about (negative connotation) as they were the Vanity Fair red carpet hosts for the Oscars. The criticism for Hannah’s microaggression comment towards Megg the Stallion is 100% valid even if it was not done with malicious intentions. It is important to acknowledge, apologize, learn, and change going forward. But on an entirely separate note, Hannah and Paige are also getting hate for being excited and yapping too hard in their interviews. Now that criticism I feel is from people who just do not understand Giggly Squad and furthermore do not understand the lifestyle of a yapper.

I was not born for the grind of weekly television shows. I was born to binge. But I can admit that weekly shows have their perks. Of course you get to follow the show along with the rest of the world and with shows like White Lotus you get to hear everyone's theories. Personally I do not have the brain capacity to come up with White Lotus theories so I prefer to listen to what other people say. My favorite theory so far is that the incestual family mirrors ‘The Staircase’ family and the mom will be the one to die.

If you are a girl, in the hot variety, it is important to call all of your walks a “hot girl walk” because it makes them much more fun. It also gives main character energy. Walking with fellow hot girls allows for the opportunity to have a yap session which can be healing on several different levels.

As someone who only saw two of the nominated movies at the Oscars, I don’t know a lot of what is going on. I did know that the performance of Defying Gravity made me cry and that I was rooting against Emilia Perez. I also know that at any award show I am here for the LOOKS. Honestly, Ariana Grande’s dress may have been my favorite. I will always appreciate a gorgeous gorgeous gown.

I am a lover of accessories and I am a lover of charms. My love started when I went to Brooklyn Charm in New York City and I have since grown my collection. The charm necklace pictured I made myself (at a Charm vendor) and the bracelet I was gifted as a friendship bracelet. Charms just give a fun energy and show off some personality because yes I will feature a martini charm when possible!

I cannot believe I just now tried Tiny’s Milk & Cookies in Houston. I’m not sure if they expected a grown adult to actually order a glass of milk with their cookies when they have coffee and tea varieties to offer but with my cookies, I always want milk. This cookie was top tier and a prime example of why chocolate chip cookies are and forever will be my favorite dessert.
