I’m biased towards MN but actually my alma matter is FSU so maybe I’m not that biased because they also killed it but not top 5 killed it.
Minnesota Pom - I need someone to watch any of these Pom routines and tell me that dance is not a sport
Minnesota Jazz - You can probably tell my bias at this point! But the artistry of it all - UGH
LSU Hip Hop - Kendrick!? It was so fun
LSU Jazz - LSU music was on point this year, but this was also very fun
Ohio State Pom - I really liked the turn section!

JUST READ: The Good Samaritan: 4 stars (83/187 overall ranking)
So this book was wild! As someone who formerly volunteered for the Suicide Hotline, I now understand why my identity and location had to be anonymous. The book is about a woman who encourages people to end their life and the book is through her POV. She is clearly quite unwell!
CURRENTLY READING: In the Dream House by Carmen Machado
It’s memoir time! In general I want to read more memoirs because I have loved all of the ones that I have read. I’m not particularly interested in celebrity memoirs because I hear enough about them and I have a podcast for that!

Restaurant: Dandelion Cafe
Although this Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit was messy, it was delicious. I am still thinking about her. The chicken was well seasoned and the biscuit was buttery! I love going out for breakfast. It’s an underrated date!

All of my favorite artists are about to keep me fed! Harry Styles, Z*ch Bryan, and now Noah Kahan. His new single is coming out January 30th and I already am in love with it from the previews. I don’t think this man is capable of writing a bad song. This is your sign to listen to Stick Season if for some unknown reason you never did a Noah Kahan deep dive.

It might not even make sense! But at the end of the day, it just doesn’t matter.
Television: Tell Me Lies
Season 3 of Tell Me Lies is here! I truly don’t know how they continue to make this show more and more messed up. Stephan is the scariest character ever. Chucky has nothing on this man. I truly need to know what episode he dies in. Lucy on the other hand… I want to shake her. Good decision making fears her! Of course I need to shout out Wrigley, I have been a lover of that man before the haircut.

This may be one of my favorite birthday presents that I have ever received. This print is going to be the IT GIRL of my gallery wall. The artist is @jesseblackart on TikTok. I don’t want anything to do with art on my walls that is not at least a little bit extra. So this? She is perfect to me.
Pop Culture: Brooklyn Beckham vs. Parents
I am quite removed from this family but I assume everyone knows at this point that Brooklyn Beckham posted an essay of instagram stories slamming his parents and protecting his wife. In summary, Brooklyn is accusing his parents of being toxic and trying to ruin his marriage. Particularly he is accusing Victoria of being THAT kind of boy mom. Truly one of the most damning accusations a mother can have. I would say that I hope that everyone can work it out but Brooklyn did specifically say he has no intentions of doing that so who knows!

I don’t even read physical books (Kindle girlies raise your hand), but now I feel like I should start again just so I can use this cute bookmark I made. It was quite simple. I just used paper, stickers, and glue on an acrylic bookmark.
T: TREAT: Wine Tasting
Wine drunk is the most fun type of drunk! When in Fredricksburg, a wine tasting is necessary. Did I walk away from this trip with three bottles of wine? Absolutely! The HEALTHY pour is a decision I made to evenly split the bottle of course!
SAUCY TAKE OF THE WEEK: Stop The Glambot!
I love the guy who does them because he seems so passionate and sweet but I fear the glambot has done more harm than good. If I was a celebrity, I would have nightmares about ending up in a ‘Worst Glambot Compilation’ on Tik Tok.
YAPPY HOUR: Dua Lipa
Dua Lipa has not done anything special in particular but I love her! If I was a celebrity, I’d want to be like her. She’s hot, not controversial, and does her own thing. Dua is out here with her book club and hot boyfriends singing the boppiest of bops! I just feel like more people should strive to be the Dua Lipa type of famous.
