3. Sub Sandwiches - they are always able to fit an impressive amount of toppings on those bad boys

Oops here I go again, reading a fantasy book. No I am not reading this by personal choice; it is another book club book. I am going in with an open mind because it does seem I am very much in the minority with my dislike for fantasy books.

I can confidently say that no one loves bagels as much as me. When I’m in a new location, I’m looking for the nearest bagel shop. Spread Bagelry in Savannah, GA did not fail to impress me. My go-to order is always a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. Now I am not big on coffee but it just felt right to have an iced mocha with my bagel sandwich.

I am craving a new Olivia Rodrigo album. I can feel the new era coming. Here is my ranking of Guts while we wait for a new Olivia album!

Song Recommendation: Making the Bed - Olivia Rodrigo

New Bob’s Burgers episodes are out and I’m not ashamed to admit that I love an adult cartoon. Clearly I’m in a ranking mood this week so here is my ranking of the Belcher family.

1. Louise - she is iconic

2. Bob - Dad goals

3. Tina - the most relatable character

4. Linda - we have no choice but to support a corny wine mom

5. Gene - love his one liners but someone had to go last

This is not even close to my typical preferred movie. I would probably never choose this movie but I watched it with someone else. I hate to admit it but this action movie was pretty good. There was a good story line and the movie did not rely too heavily on action scenes (despite the ridiculous cover of this movie - we get it the movie has guns). If you have any desire to watch this movie, Netflix did kindly notify me that it was leaving the streaming app tomorrow so hurry up!

I’m not sure what my take on ghosts are! I’m somewhere between a believer and a non-believer. Ghosts just aren’t typically on my mind and I’ll be perfectly ok if I don’t have to think about ghosts for the rest of my life. Am I going to stay overnight in an abandoned haunted house? Absolutely not, I’m not stupid. When in a historical town like Savannah, GA, you’ve got to learn about the ghosts! Our tour did take a wild turn from history to haunted house vibes. It was quite unexpected but made me laugh.

The American Music Awards came back after being gone for two years. I wasn’t even aware they took a hiatus which says a lot. I’m not sure if this award show will return again after the flop of this year. They could not get a SINGLE artist of the year nominee to show up so they barely presented any awards and most awards were accepted via a call. JLO danced to a medley of the top songs of 2024 because again no one showed up. I did not tune in but from social media the only positive thing I have seen was Renee Rap’s performance. Besides her, the only people I saw at this event were influencers. Oh, and Benson Boone did another flip too.

Don’t fight me. Fried green tomatoes are a treat and they are delicious! Everytime I see these babies on a menu, I will be ordering. I went a little overboard this past weekend and not only got theme as an appetizer but then proceeded to order a fried green tomato BLT for my meal. I’m not sure if tomato haters like fried green tomatoes because they don’t have a tomato taste in my opinion. But to all the tomato haters out there - grow up!
