R: READING
JUST READ: No Bones About It: 1.5 stars (206/218 overall ranking)
Sometimes you have to read a ridiculous book for the plot. It made sense to start of spooky season by reading a romance book between a recently divorced woman and a sentient 12-foot skeleton decoration. I went in knowing the book would be unhinged but it was even more unhinged than my expectations prepared me for.
The Song of Achilles: 1.5 stars (207/218 overall ranking)
My main qualm with this book is that it was simply not for me. I am not a fantasy girl and I am putting this in the fantasy category. I was also not a fan of Achilles or the abundance of fragile male egos in this book. I don’t have much to say besides the fact that this book put me in a major reading slump.
CURRENTLY READING: The Compound by Aisling Rawle
This is one of those books that drops you off in the middle of a plot and you have to figure out exactly what is going on. I’m still in the beginning of the book but so far it has me intrigued. The vibe seems like it’s a dating show with a unsettling vibe.

Restaurant: Domino’s Domino Pizza
This is to all the single people households. The new individual domino pizza from Domino’s slaps. The app had a free one-topping one for 40 points, so I went ahead and snatched that up.

Clearly I have not transitioned to my sad girl fall music. I think going to Ireland and the drop of temperature will kick start that mood for me. It’s just hard to be in a sad girl mood when all the divas are performing at peak diva! Diva girl summer was extended and I’m not mad!

Paige and Hannah often discuss how they would only go on a reality competition show if they were cast together. This is my formal request to Traitors to cast Hannah and Paige as soon as possible. You are missing out on peak television if you miss out on this casting possibility.
Television: Abbott Elementary
Abbott Elementary season 6 has premiered and it made me realize that I was not caught up with this show! I’m not too behind, but I barely got into season 5. I have been catching up on season 5 and yes I Instagram DMed Quinta Brunson telling her to add a school psychologist character! I’ve got to shoot my shot!
O: OBSESSED
General: Kacey Musgraves Concert
The Kacey Musgraves concert was simply perfect! I went to her last tour and the vibes were earthy, spiritual, and chill. This concert had much more of her country roots. She can do it all because both concerts were so fun. Kacey reminds me that the set does matter at a concert and men could be doing so much more. Kacey doesn’t dance but she still manages to put on a SHOW. Men take notes.
Pop Culture:
Mia Goth files for divorce from Shia LaBeouf…and this is how I find out they were married. They even have a child together. I think it’s best if Shia just remains single and does not put any more women through his evil ways.
R: RECOMMEND: Goodreads Half Stars
Goodreads recently decided to remember they have an app and update it! Go run and update your book rankings because they have half stars now. They also have quarter stars but I don’t think I’ll be utilizing that. I run a strict half star system with my ratings.
T: TREAT: Foundation Journey
I’m on a foundation journey! Weirdly I do not have a foundation holy grail. Every time I run out, I buy something different. I think a major problem of mine is I don’t want a foundation that will break the bank. This will be the new one I try because it was on sale and came with a free brush. What can I say, I love a deal!
SAUCY TAKE OF THE WEEK: Talking to Robots on the Phone
Not to sound like an old person… but why can’t I talk to a human on the phone anymore. It’s giving lazy and no moral values in your company. God forbid you need to talk to a human because it’s like a puzzle trying to figure out how you can talk to an actual person. I recently called Verizon and talked to a robot and they made the mistake of sending me a survey after. I just repeatedly put on the survey “I want to talk to a human.” Let’s stop this nonsense.
YAPPY HOUR: Spotify Feature Need
On Spotify, I often will just go to an artist I’m in the mood to listen to and shuffle their music. I need a feature where I can select multiple artists and shuffle their music together. If I’m listening to Charli XCX, there is a large chance that I also want to listen to Slayyter. Who do I need to speak to to make this happen? I think the Spotify users would eat this feature up.
